Chronic Ulcer:
A Chronic ulcer is also known as ‘Peptic ulcer’. Peptic ulcer develops in the lining of the stomach, and small intestine. Drink water mixed with amla powder.
Coconut water is too good for ulcers. Drink it twice a day. Eating coconut is also a good remedy.
Eating aloe vera except the latex part is great for peptic ulcers.
Chewing fennel seeds after a meal.
Taking buttermilk daily helps a lot to overcome ulcers.
Drink more water.
Carrot juice with cabbage juice is good medicine for peptic ulcers. Drink this juice daily.
Drumstick leaves soup are so helpful in treating ulcers. Drumstick is also good at healing ulcers. Mix the paste of drumstick leaves with curd and have every day.

- Yogamutra:
Sit in a crossed legs as padmasana. Hold both of your hands at the back and close them. Inhale and stretch your shoulder backward. Then exhale with bending your body to touch your knee. Stay in this position for 5 seconds. Relax and do reversely to another leg. Finally, repeat the same process but bend straightly and touch the ground.
This yoga pose would help you in improving your digestion process greatly. Do this regularly.
- Pavanamukthasan:
Lie down straightly on the ground. Lift the right leg and bend towards your chest using both of your hands. Give some pressure to the leg on the chest. Breathe in and keep this pose for 5 seconds and breath out while releasing your leg to the normal position. Do with another leg. Then, at last, do with both the legs and keep on your stomach. Then release.
Caution: The last step (doing with both the legs) should not be done by the people who have Hypertension and heart problems. But you can do it with one leg.
- Vajrasana
*It’s a simple yoga and done after a meal.
* This yoga helps in digestion problems, leg pain, and constipation problem.
* Vajrasana strengthens thigh and leg.
